Diabetes Affects the Pancreas
Sometimes diabetes can be caused by an infection in the pancreas. When this happens the pancreas will not produce enough insulin and sugar can build up in the blood stream. Then the sugar will not carry over to the cells.
It has been stated by health professionals that if you have a waist size that is larger then thirty five inches then you have a risk of developing diabetes. People who are not active have a high risk of developing diabetes, more so then somebody that exercises two to three times per week. You do not need to go to the gym just a brisk walk for thirty minutes can help.
Risk of developing diabetes grows as you get older. Studies have just been done that have proved that eighty percent of people get diabetes are forty five or older.
