How To Meditate To Enjoy Your Life Today
Although we cannot change the past, we can learn from it and build up skills and useful insights from it. The future is that unknown world of possibilities and opportunities before us – but all that we can truly have any effect upon is now. We can use meditation techniques to help us focus more on enjoying the present moment rather than worrying about what has happened in the past, or may (or may not) happen in the future.

Imagine yourself standing on a pathway, a pathway that stretches in front of you, and, if you look over your shoulder, trails behind you, the way you have come . . . As you look around, you are aware that the area immediately around you, to the left, right and above, is brilliantly illuminated, and that sounds are amazingly clear.
