If you want to enter this field, you will need to endure 6 months of practical training with a supervisor. Due to the control of this domain by each state, it will be necessary to become licensed. The requirements may vary from state to state. Most probably, you will need to pass an exam for certification once having completed a certified program before you can try for your license. You must keep your studies updated in order not to lose your license.
